DOT is providing a new way to connect to SAP. This new logon interface is called Citrix. Citrix requires a password that is separate from your BSIP password.

A CD is no longer required to install the program on a new computer. You can connect using any computer with an internet connection and Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher [Mozilla Firefox works as well]

If you are installing on a new machine with Internet Explorer, you must download and run wficat.exe
