In order to view PDF documents, you must download and use Adobe Acrobat Reader. (free for download)

DOT is providing a new way to connect to SAP. This new logon interface is called Citrix. Citrix requires a password that is separate from your BSIP password.

A CD is no longer required to install the program on a new computer. You can connect using any computer with an internet connection and Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher [Mozilla Firefox works as well]
